Warranty Conditions 
l. Warranty period is 2 (two) years and commences on the delivery date of the product 
2. Tha entire product including all the parts is warranted by our company. 
3. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, the time elapsed during repair is 
added to the warranty period. The repair period of the product is maximum 30 (thirty) working days. 
This period starts as 01 the date the defect of the product is notified to the service station, or i! a 
service station is not available, any one of the product's seller, dealer, agency representation 
office, importer or manufacturer. If defect of the factory product is not remedied within 15 working 
days, the manufacturer and importer must allocate another factory product with similar properties to 
the use of the consumer until repair of product is completed. 
4. If the product becomes detective within its warran!y period due to faults of material and 
workmanship or assembly, its repa« shall be performed Without demanding any charges as a cost o' 
workmanship or replaced part, or by any other means, 
5. Even though the Consumer uses its right of repair, if; 
As of tha delivery date Of the product to tha Consumer, within one year, provided that the determined 
warranty period is valid; the same lailure recurs more than t',vice, or different failures accur more 
than lour times, or total of different failures within the determined warranty period is more than six, 
and also i' these fai'ures cause to benefit from the product continuousby; 
The required maximum repair period is exceeded, 
• Il it determined that the defect cannot be remedied with a report to be prepared by the service 
station Of the company, and il a service stations is not available, by any one 01 the product's seller, 
dealer, agency, representation office, importer or manufacturer, respectively; the Consumer may 
request the replacement of the product free ot charge, or return of the cost or a discount in the cost 
at the rate of delect. 
6. The defects resulting from the product use contrary to the issues stated in the instructions shall not 
be C"ävered by the warranty. 
7. For the problems that may arise concerning the certificate Of warranty, you may refer to the General 
Directorate for the Protection Of Consumers and Competition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade,
