2.2.1.23.2.2.2. Full test procedure
Vehicle state: according to Chapter 8,
Annex III, paragraph 4 of
Directive 97/24/EC
The maximum value of the four measurements taken in accordance with
Chapter 8, Annex III, paragraphs 5.3. and 5.4. of Directive 97/24/EC for
each frequency is shown in the table below.

2.2.1.23.2.3. Immunity of vehicles to electromagnetic radiation
Results of the measurements in accordance with the method described in
Chapter 8, Annex IV of Directive 97/24/EC:
Vehicle state: according to Chapter 8,
Annex IV, paragraph 4 of
Directive 97/24/EC,
mounted on a dynamometer
Field generating device: antenna
20 - 1000 MHz
logarithmic periodic
Field generating: horizontally / vertically
Antenna location: facing front / rear of vehicle
To show the compliance with the requirements of Chapter 8, Annex IV of
Directive 97/24/EC, the vehicle was monitored by video cameras.
No degradation in the direct control of the vehicle was observed while the
vehicle was exposed to electromagnetic radiation in the 20 to 1000 MHz
frequency range.
The anti-lock brake device was subject to additional tests to evaluate the
immunity of the system under operating conditions on the dynamometer.
The proper operation of the anti-lock device is determined by monitoring
the ABS warning indicator and the wheel speed and the vehicle speed under
the influence of electromagnetic radiation. The wheel speed is compared
with the actuation of the anti-lock brake device without the influence of
electromagnetic radiation.
