    Sesli Mesajların Çalınması

    Sesli mesajları dinlemek için aşağıdaki adımları takip edin.

    Play/Record tuşuna basın. L ..1) veya E  H tuşuna basarak ses düzeyini 
    ayarlayın.

    Tüm mesajlar kaydedildilderi sıraya göre çalınır. Ekranda dinlenmekte olan mesajın 
    numarası ve mesajların toplam sayısı görtintülenir.

    Arayan numaraya ilişkin telefon numarası ve şirket ismi bilgisi almmışsa, faks maki- 
    nesi mesaj sırasında bip sesi verir ve arayana ilişkin bilgi bır saniye görüntülenir 
    (bazı ülkeler için)

    Mesaj tekrar dinlenirken, ekranda mesajın kaydedildiği saat ve tarih görüntülenir.

2 Mesajı tekrar dinlemek için mesajın sonunda * (RWD) tuşuna basın. Bir sonraki 
    mesaja atlamak için It (FWD) tuşuna basın. * ve # tuşlanna dinlemek istediğiniz 
    mesajı bulana kadar basabilirsiniz.

3 Çıkmak için StOp tuşuna basın.


    Faks Mesajının Yazdırılması

    Bellekte saksı faks mesajını yazdırdığınızda mesaj otomatik olarak bellekten

    Play/Record tuşuna basın. İki saniye sonra faks makinesi sesli mesajları çalmaya 
    başlar.

 2 Hafızada bir faks mesajı varsa LCD ekranda ((PRINT D e?
    yandaki yazı belirecektir:

 3 Fakslan yazdırmak için l'e basın 

    —VEYA--

    Yazdırmaclan çıkmak için 2 tuşuna basın.


    Yedeklemeli Yazdırma Seçeneği

    Mesaj Merkezi kipinde DOC:ON konumunu seçerseniz, gelen tüm faks mesajları 
    alınmak üzere mevcut bellekte saldanır Otomatik olarak mesajın kopyasımn 
    yazdınlmasım ister-seniz, bu seçeneği ON'a ayarlayın.

    Function/Set, 8, 2 tuşlanna basın.        r[BACKUP     PRINT: ON

2 ON (veya OFF) konumu için c:::Weya            t SELECT          & SET )--/
    oklanm kullanın ve Function/Set tuşuna basın.

3 Çıkmak için Stop tuşuna basın.


    Mesajların Silinmesi

    Tüm faks mesajlannın silinmesini seçersenız, faks makinesi bunları bellekten silme- 
    den önce daha önce yazdınlmamış olanları yazdıracaktn-. Faks mesajları tek tek 
    sılmemez.

    Sesli mesajları tek tek veya hepsini birden silebilirsiniz.
