  Harici telesekreter faks makinesinin arka tarafındaki EXT girişine takılmalıdır. 
  Telesekreteri bir duvar girişine takarsaruz, faks makineniz düzgün çalışmayacaktır.
/ Duvar girişinden gelen telefon hattı kordonunu, faks makinesinin solundaki LINE 
  girişine takm.
2 Teleselcreterden gelen telefon hattı kordonunu faks makinesinin solundaki EXT 
  girişine takın. (Bu kordonun, teleselçretere telefon seti çficşından değil, 
  telesekreter'in telefon hattı girişine bağlanmasına dikkat edin.)
3 Harici telesekreterinizi dört kez veya daha az çalmak üzere ayarlayın. (Faks 
  makinenizin Arama Sinyali Sayısı Ayan geçerli değildir.)
4 Giden mesajı (aşağıda açıklandığı şekilde) kaydedin.
5 Telesekreteri (TAD), arayanlan yamtlamaya ayarlayın.
6 Mesaj Kaydetme (Function/Set, 8, 1) işlevini VOICE:EXT. olarak ayarlayın 
  (Yalnızca FAX-333MC için).
7 Yanıt Kipini MC:MSG CTR. olarak ayarlayın (Yalnızca FAX-335MC için). 
  Faks makineniz FAX-236 ise, yanıt kipini TAD:ANSWER 
  MACH. olarak ayarlayın.

  Giden Mesaj (OGM)
  Bu mesaj kaydedilirken zamanlama çok önemlidir. Mesaj hem otomatik hem de elle 
  faks alma işlevlerini ayarlar.
  Mesajınızın başında 5 saniyelik sessiz kayıt bırakın. (Bu, makinenize otomatik 
  faks gönderimi CNG sinyalleri bitene kadar dinlemesi için zaman verecektir.)
2 Konuşma sürenizi 20 saniyle sınırlı tutun.
3 Elle faks gönderen kişiler için 20 saniyelik mesajınızın sonunda Faks Alım 
  Kodunuzu verin. Örneğin:
  "Bip sesinden sonra, mesaj bırakabilir veya *5 1 ve Start tuşuna basarak faks 
  gönderebilirsiniz."

  Harici Telefon Bağlanması
  Faks makinenizde, makineyi normal bir telefon gibi kullanabileceğiniz bir ahize 
  mevcuttur. Bununla birlikte, faks makinenize doğrudan ayn bir telefon (ya da tele- 
  sekreter cihazı) bağlayabilirsiniz.
  Telefon hattı kordonunun modüler fişini, faks makinesinin arka tarafındaki EXT 
  girişine talan.
  Bu telefon (ya da telesekreter) her kullaruldığında ekranda EXT. TEL IN USE (hari- 
  ci telefon kullanılıyor) mesajı çıkar ve faks makinesinin ahizesi kaldınldıgında bir 
  uyan sinyali duyulur. Görüşmeyi kesip, faks malcinesine geçmek için Hook ya da 
  Speaker Phone tuşuna basın.
  Harici Telefon bazı ülkelerde bağlanamaz.
