          Yanıt Kipi Seçilmesi

          MANUAL — Tüm aramalan şahsen yanulamak zorundasınız. Faks sinyalleri duy-
          duğunuzda alma işlemini başlatmak için Start tuşuna basın ve ahizeyi kapatın.

          FAX ONLY — Faks makinesi tüm aramalan otomatik olarak bir faks görüşmesi gibi 
          yanıtlar. Sesli aramalan alamazsınız, ancak kendiniz bir numara arayıp karşı taraf ile 
          konuş abilirsiniz.

          FAX/TEL — Faks makinesi tüm aramalan otomatik olarak yanıtlar. Gelen bir faks 
          çağnslysa faksı yazdınr. Gelen arama faks değilse F/T yapay zile telefonu yanıtla- 
          manız için uyanr. Bu ayan seçmeniz durumunda Arama Sinyali Sayısı ve F/T Sin- 
          yal Süresi özelliklerini de ayarlamanız gerekecektir (ileriki sayfalarda) (bkz. 
          FAX/TEL Kipine Ait Özellikler, sayfa 5-6).

          TAD (yalnızca FAX-236 için) — Yalnızca bu ayarda harici bir telesekreter kullana- 
          bilirsiniz. Teleselcreteriniz FAKS'a bağlı olarak çalışır ve gelen tüm aramalan cevap- 
          lar. Telesekreter (TAD) telefonu her açtığında FAKS, faks sinyalleri için dinlemeye 
          başlar. Faks sinyalleri algılandığında ise mesajı yazdınr.

          TAD ayan yalnızca bir harici Telesekreter cihazı (TAD) ile çalışır. Telefon şirketinin 
          sesli mesaj sistemiyle çalışmaz. Arama Sinyali Sayısı ve F/T Sinyal Süresi bu ayar- 
          da çalışmazlar.
? TAD bazı ülkelerde bağlanamaz.


          NIGHT (FAX-236 için): Gece kipidir. Faks makinesi gelen faks mesajlannı zil çal- 
          madan alır. Sesli arama gelirse zil çalmaz ve faks makinesi mesajı almaz. Arayan 
          taraf birkaç kere çaldırdıktan sonra faks sinyalleri duyar.

          NIGHT (sadece FAX-335MC için): Faks alım kipini Gece olarak ayarlarsanız, MC 
          ON/OFF düğmesi otomatik olarak açılır. Faks makinesi gelen faks mesajlannı çal- 
          madan alır. Sesli arama gelirse, mesaj yönetim belleğine kaydeder. ICM kayıt 
          monitörü (aramalar' izlemek için) otomatik olarak KAPALI konuma getirilir, 
          böylece arayan kişinin sesi duyulmaz. Bellek dolarsa ve makinede kağıt varsa 
          makine F/T kipine geçer. Hem bellek dolar hem de kağıt biterse makine Manual kip- 
          ine geçer.

eMesaj Merkezi kipi için Giden Mesajı kaydetmemişseniz (bkz. bölüm 9), faks maki- 
          neniz sesli aramalan almaz.

          Gece kipi, ayarladığınız faks alma kipini devre dışı bırakır. Bu nedenle sabah 
          daha önce ayarladığınız Yanıt Kipine geçmek için (F/T veya FAX ONLY gibi) 
          Mode tuşuna basmanız gerekir.
