Uzaktan Alım
Makinenizi tuşlu araması olan herhangi bir faks makinesinden (ya da Grup 3 faks  
makinesinden) arayıp Uzaktan Erişim Kodu ve diğer tuşlar vasıtasıyla mesaj alım durumunu  
kontrol edebilir, faks mesajlarını alabilir ya da ayarlarını değiştirebilirsiniz.
Bulınıduğunuz yerden faks mesajların' ya da Bellek Durum Listesini almak için tuşlu aramalı  
bir faks makinenizden arama yapmanız gerekir. Kolaylık açısından faks makinenizi tuşlu bir  
telefondan arayıp faks mesaj larını ve Durum Listesini bir faks makinesine göndertebilirsiniz.
Örneğin otel odanızda bir faks makinesi yoksa Önbüro'da bulunan faks makinesinin  
numarasını girebilirsiniz.
Uzaktan Erişim Kodunun Ayarlanması
Faks makineniz aramanıza yanıt verdiğinde Uzaktan Erişim Kodunu girerek faks makinenizi  
uzaktan kullanabilirsiniz. Varsayılan uzaktan erişim kodu, ---* kodudur.
1 Menu/Set, 8, 3 tuşlarına basın.
2 0-9 sayı tuşlarını, * ve # tuştınu kullanarak üç haneli bir kod girin ve Menu/Set tuşuna  
basın.
* değiştirilemez. Faks Alım Kodunuz, Telefon Yanıt Kodunuz ya da Sesli Görüşme  

Başlatma Kodunuzun aynısını kullanmayın.
1 Stop/Exit tuştına basın.
Uzaktan Erişim Kodunun Kullanılması
1 Faks makinenizi tuşlu bir telefondan arayın.
2 Faks makineniz bip sinyaliyle yanıt verir vermez Uzaktan Erişim Kodıınuzu  
(3 haneli bir rakam ve *) girin.
3 Faks makineniz sinyallerle mesaj olup olmadığını belirtir:  
1 uzun "bip" sesi — Faks mesaj(lar)ı var  
"Bip" sesi yoksa —Mesaj yok
4 Daha sonra bir komut girmeniz için iki kısa bip sesi duyarsınız. Herhangi bir komut  
girmeden 30 saniyeden fazla bir süre geçerse telefon kapanır. Geçersiz bir komut  
girerseniz makine üç "bip" sesi verir.
5 9 O tuşlayarak makineyi eski haline getirin.
6 Telefonu kapatm.
Faks makineniz MANUAL kipine ayarlıysa, telefonla arayıp 100 saniye çalmasını  
bekleyerek makinenize uzaktan erişebilirsiniz. 100 saniye çaldıktan sonra  
makineniz telefonu yanıtlayacaktır. Bundan sonra Uzaktan Erişim Kodunuzu  
girmek için 30 saniyeniz vardır.
