Kolay Arama için Numara Kaydı

Makinenizden üç çeşit kolay arama gerçekleştirebilirsiniz:

Tek Tuşla Arama, Hızlı Arama ve Gruplara faks Yayınlama işlevi.



              Elektrik kesilmesi halinde otomatik arama numaraları hafızadan silinmez.




Tek Tuşla Arama Numaralannın Kaydedilmesi

Tek tusa basmak suretiyle arayabileceğiniz dört adet faks/telefon numarası kaydedebilirsiniz. 
Bu numaralarla birlikte isim de kaydedebilirsiniz. Bir Tek Tuşla Arama tuşuna bastığınızda 
arama yapılırken ekranda isim ve numara görüntülenir. (bkz. Tek Taşla Arama, sayfa 20.)


              el Tek Tuşla arama tuşları, tuş takımı tuşları değildir. Hareket tuşlarının sağında 
                 bulunan dört tuştur (1-4 numaralı tuşlar).




1 Menu/Set, 6, 1 tuşlanna basın.

2 Numara kaydetmek istediğiniz Tek Tuşla Arama tuşuna basın. Ekranda seçmiş olduğunuz 
    konum görüntülenir.

3 Numarayı (20 haneye kadar) girip Menu/Set tuşuna basın.


              Arama sırasında ara vermek için (örneğin "dış hat" beklemek için) rakamları 
              girerken Redial/Pause tuşuna basın. Redial/Pause tuşuna bastığınızda 
              numaranın çevrilmesi sırasında 3,5 saniyelik bir ara verilir ve ekranda tire işareti 
              görülür.


4 Tuş takımından isim ya da şirket adını (15 karaktere NAM E
    kadar) girip Menu/Set tuşuna basın. Harfleri girerken 
    tablodan yararlanabilirsiniz (bkz. Metin Yazımı, sayfa 
    92.)

    Numarayı isim girmeden kaydetmek için Menu/Set 
    tuşuna basın.

5 C:.,-)ya da    tuşu ile numara türünü seçip Menu/Set tuşuna basın.


        FAX        sadece faks numarası

        TEL        telefon numarası

        F/T        hem faks hem telefon numarası
