8. How to recall 30 readings in Memory Mode
This thermometer can recall the last 30 readings,
• Recall mode Press the START button@to enter
Recall mode When power is Off. The memory icon «M»
Will flash.
• Reading I
START button@to recall the last reading. Display I
alone With memory icon.
• Reading 30 • readings in succession: Press and
release the START button@consecutively to recall the
last 3C readings in succession.
Pressing and releasing the START button@after the last
30 readings have been recalled Will resume the above
sequence from reading 1.

conjunction with the When ambient temperature is

5.0 'F in object mode.
• Error function system hasa malfunction.
• Blank display Check if the batteries have been
loaded correctly. Also check polarity and ofthe
batteries.
• Flat battery indication 8: If this icon «V" is the only
symbol shown on the display, the batteries should be
replaced immediately.
10. Cleaning and Disinfecting
use an alcohol swab or cotton tissue moistened With alcohol
(70% Isopropyl) to clean the therrrnrneter casing and the
measuring probe Ensure that no liquid enters the interior of
the thermometer. Never use abrasive cleaning agents, thirr
nets or benzene for cleaning and never immerse the instru-
rrænt water or other cleaning liquids. Take care not to
scratch the surface of the probe lens and the display.
11. Battery Replacement
This instrument is supplied with 2 new, long-life I .5V, size
AAA batteries Batteries need replacing when this icon
«V» is the only symbol shCAvn on the display.
Use a screwdriver to Open the battery cover
Replace the batteries — ensure correct polarity as shmvn by
the symbols in the compartment.
Batteries and electronic instruments must be dis•
posed of in accordance with the Iccally applicable
regulations, not With domestic waste.

date of purchase, The guarantee is valid only on presenta-
