HATA MESAJLARI                           ÖNERİLER

İletim Teyit raporunda "RESULT:NG"       Telefon hattında geçici bir gürültü ya da parazit olabilir.    Faksı tekrar göndermeyi
ya da "RESULT:ERROR" ("Sonuç:NG"         deneyiniz.
ya da "Sonuç:Hata) yazıyor
                                         Telefon hattındaki olası parazit yüzünden sık sık gönderim hataları alıyorsanız, Uygunluk 
                                         kipini Temel ayarına getiriniz. (Sayfa 10-19'da Uygunluk bölümüne başvurunuz).



Faks gönderirken dikine siyah çizgiler   Aldığınız deneme baskısında da aynı sorun mevcutsa tarayıcınız kirlenmiştir. (Sayfa 
oluşuyor                                 10-21'de Tarayıcının temizlenmesi bölümüne başvurunuz.)

Gelen Çağrıların İşlenmesi

MFC cihazın sesleri CNG sesi olarak      Makinenin, Faks Algılama kipi devrede ise (On konumu) seslere daha duyarlı olacaktır. 
"duyuyor"                                Makine yanlışlıkla bazı sesleri ya da hattaki müziği arayan bir faks cihazı olarak yorum- 
                                         lar ve faks alım sinyali verir. Stop/Exit tuşuna basarak faksı devre dışı bırakınız. Bu 
                                         sorundan kaçınmak için Faks Algılama kipini devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz (Off konumu) 
                                         (Sayfa 4-3'te Faks Algılama bölümüne başvurunuz).

Bir Faks Çağrısını MFC cihazına gön-     Makineden cevap verdiyseniz, Start tuşuna basıp telefonu hemen kapatınız. Harici ya 
derme                                    da dahili bir telefondan cevap verdiyseniz, Faks Alım Kodu'nuzu (başlangıç ayarı 
                                         * 51'dir) giriniz. MFC cihazınız cevap verdiğinde telefonunuzu kapatınız.

Tek bir hat üzerinde özel işlevler       Tek bir telefon hattı üzerinde Call Waiting (Çağrı Bekletme), Call Waiting/Caller ID 
                                         (Çağrı Bekletme/Arayan Kimlik tanımı), Voice Mail (Sesli Posta), yanıtlama servisi, 
                                         alarm sistemi ya da başka bir özel işlev bulunuyorsa, faks alma ya da gönderme işlem- 
                                         leri sırasında sorunlara neden olabilecektir.
                                         Örnek: Hat üzerinden Çağrı Bekletme ya da özel bir işleve ait sinyal aktarılırken faks 
                                         mesajı gönderiyor ya da alıyorsanız bu sinyal, faks iletimini geçici olarak aksatabilir. 
                                         Brother ECM sistemi bu sorunu ortadan kaldırmanıza yardımcı olabilecektir. Telefon sis- 
                                         temi sektöründen kaynaklanan bu duruma özel işlevlere sahip tek bir ortak hat 
                                         üzerinden veri alıp gönderen tüm cihazlarda rastlanılabilmektedir. Çok kısa kesintiler bir 
                                         işiniz için hayati bir önlem taşıyorsa MFC cihazınızı özel işlevlere sahip olmayan ayrı bir 
                                         telefon hattına bağlamanızı öneririz.

Menü ayarları ile ilgili sorunlar

Setup Receive (Faks Alımı Ayarları) ve        Fax düğmesinin lambası yanmıyorsa düğmeye basarak makinenin faks kipine 
Setup Send (Faks Gönderimi Ayarları)     geçmesini sağlayınız. Setup Receive (Faks Alımı Ayarları) (Menu/Set, 2, 1) ve Setup 
menülerine girmeye çalıştığınızda        Send (Faks Gönderimi Ayarları) (Menu/Set, 2, 2) ayarları sadece MFC cihazı faks kipinde 
MFC cihazı bip sinyali veriyor           iken kullanılabilmektedir.

Kopya Kalitesi Sorunları

Kopyalarda dikey çizgiler oluşuyor       Bazen kopyalarınız üzerinde dikey çizgiler görebilirsiniz. Bu durum tarayıcının ya da 
                                         ana Korona telinin kirlenmiş olduğunu göstermektedir. Her ikisini de temizleyiniz. (Sayfa 
                                         10-21'de Tarayıcının temizlenmesi, Sayfa 10-22'de Lazer tarayıcı penceresinin temiz-           10
                                         lenmesi ve sayfa 10-16'da Tambur ünitesinin temizlenmesi bölümlerine başvurunuz).
