Aufgrund der Richtlinie des Rates der Europüischen Gemeinschaften vom 4. Mürz
1974 zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über die
Betriebserlaubnis für land- oder forstwirtschaftliche Zugmaschinen auf Rüdern
(74/150/EWG) einschlieSlich aller Anderungen bis 97/54/EG vom 23.09.1997 wird
die EWG-Betriebserlaubnis für einen Fahrzeugtyp erteilt.
On the basis of the directive of the Council of European Communities on March 4,
1974 on the approximation of the Laws the assimilation of the legal provisions
of the Member States relating to the type-approval of wheeled agricultural
or forestry tractors (74/150/EEC) including the amendments to 97/54/EC from
23.09.1997 the type-approval for a vehicle type is granted.
