Caution: The way and procedure of closing the lid is shown as
diagram below, and the lid clip avoids covering with handle.
III. Place the pressure-limiting valve. After the
lid is in proper position, place the pressure-
limiting valve onto the steam-releasing pipe.
IV. Heating up In order to raise the temperature quickly, heat
with strong fire till the pressure-limiting valve begins to
work. But special attention must be paid not to make the fire
too strong. It is normal that a little steam drains out of the
open-preventing valve after heating for a while. There should
be no steam drains off when the open-preventing valve rises
and works properly. When pressure-limiting valve is moved
and steam comes out continuously, cooking should be done
in gentle fire and at that moment the calculated heating time
starts. (Detailed heating times can be seen from the table af-
terwards.)
Notes: Cooking time is —calculate from the moment when the
pressure-limiting valve start to work until the fire cut off.
* Stand by and keep watching on the cooker to avoid unusual
circumstances.
* Don’t touch the cooker’s metal surface with your hands or
body. Do cooking carefully and use handle to avoid being
scald.
