V. Cut off fire, release pressure and open the lid. When heating
time is over, cut off the fire and let the cooker cool down for
a while. Let the pressure inside the cooker reduce. Open the
lid, when open-preventing valve fall back to its original po-
sition. The opening procedure is just the contrary of the clo-
sing procedure.
Notes: When cooking porridge and
mashed food soup, before opening
the lid, shake the cooker to elimi-
nate the bubbles inside the cooker.
VI. Condition of cooling down quickly
Cool down quickly when cooking is
exceeded, or to prevent over time, or want to open lid when
cooking. Put the cooker in a flat if you place. Shower slowly
the cooker with cold water until the open-preventing valve
falls down.
Notes: 1. When cooling, don’t pour water too fast, in order to
prevent raw water from flowing into the cooker.
2. Do not put the pressure cooker into any cup which is filled
with water.
VII. Steps of cooling down naturally Take the cooker away from
fire and let it cool slowly. When the open-preventing valve
fall down to its original position open the lid.
