   GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Electronic Computing unit is modular and can be expanded for controlling maximum 8 
    nozzles, with 4 nozzles at each side of dispenser.Two deliveries at the same time,one is from 
    one face,one is from other face of dispenser.
  • Display unit is a single LCD with 10 digits for amount, 9 digits for volume and 8 digits for price. 
    It has LED back lighting for good appearance at night.
  • Memory unit is a serial EEPROM, which is a non-volatile chip having a data retention time of 
    40 years in absence of power. Prices, non-resettable amount and volume totals, filling 
    informations belonging to 10 recently delivered sales, some parameters for working settings of 
    dispenser are saved in this memory.
  • Keypad unit has 17 keys. Numerical keys, functional keys and preset keys are membrane type 
    so, it has a long life usage. Amount or volume preset can be entered very easy as mentioned 
    in the following pages.
  • Multilevel flow speed is provided with proportional valve, which is offering the advantage of its 
    long life comparing with other on/off valves, having a diaphragm. Also, proportional valve 
    causes more politely pressure change, comparing with that of on/off valves, at the moment of 
    delivery speed is turned to slow flow in preset sales.
  • Flow rate can be observed by touching a key, while delivery is going on. The price display 
    area turns to show flow rate.
  • Pulser unit is an intelligent device, equipped with a microcontroller, which allows very 
    successful electronical calibration with 0.01% accuracy. Controlling the proportional valve and 
    reading the magnetic disc of pulser is done by the microcontroller on the intelligent pulser 
    board.
  • Electromechanical volume totalizer is 7 digit non-resettable, which is located near keypad and 
    easy to read.
  • Dispenser can be locked/unlocked electronically by using keypad and entering related 
    program, which is password protected.
  • I/O boards are capable of driving on/off valves and can be modified if customer wants.i.e. we 
    can do custom designs.
  • Six digits password is allowed for authorization of some programs.These are price changing, 
    entering automation/manual mode and resetting shift totals.
  • Communication between site controller and dispenser is RS-485 hardware, which provides 
    long distance data transfer.(1200 m max at 9600 baud.)
  • Possible errors and some warnings are displayed with a code so, it gives the opportunity of 
    understanding the reason of problem causing it.
  • Nozzle switch is long-life magnetic read relay.

   ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

    • 70 – 264 V ac operating voltage range,
    • 65 – 85 W input power,
    • 47-470 Hz frequency range
    • over voltage protection.
    • Short circuit protection at dc side.
    • 3000 V ac isolation between input and output of power supply.
    • Switching supply is, UL,CUL,TUV,CB,CE certificated.
    • RS-485 hardware is powered by galvanic isolated DC-DC convertor and having zenner 
      barrier against statical electric.
    • All integrated circuit chips have operating temparature range of –40+85 C.
    • II2G/D EexeII glends are used in wirings.
    • Solenoids are CE approved II2G/D EEx m II IP65 protection class.
    • Terminal blocks in the Electric connection box are spring type Ex ‘e’ class exproved.
