6.3-SUCTION and PRESSURE VALVES
Do not run the pump while servicing the valves. The valves should be checked at least once a year against blockage
and wear. We recommend that valve checks have to be done hy autorized service centers.
6.4-MFMBRANLARIN KONTROLÜ
Bu işlem esnasında pompa çalıştınlmamalıdır.Meınbranlar senenin belirti zamanlarında bilhassa sonunda kontrol
edi lmelidir. Pompayı sökün, membranlann üzerinde çizik olup olmadığına veya gözle görülebilir zarar görüp görmediğine
bakın gerekirse değiştirin.
6.4-DIAPHRAGMS
Do not run the puınp during this operation.Pump diaphragms should also be checked regularly especially at the end of
the year against wear and tearDisasemble the pump, check whether there's scratch on the diaphragm or any damage
can be seen, replace it if needed.
6.5-HAVA KABI LASTİĞİNIN KONTROLÜ
Bu işlem pompa çalı şmazken yapılır ve hava kabı içindeki hava tahliye edilmeden aç ılmaz. Hava kabında yaklaşık
TAR30,TAR50,TAR60 ve TAR80 pompada 4kg/ eni , TAR25,TAR55 AB,TAR90 AB pompada 2kg/ cm` ,TAR100,
TAR I 25 ve TAR1 50 pompada 5kg/ C11112, basınç vardır. Önce supapı kullanarak bu havayı tamamen tahliye edin. Sonra
civataları sökerek hava kabı lastiğini kontrol edin, gerekiyorsa değiştirin.Tekrar işlemi tersten yaparak hava kabını
toplayın, içine gerekli basınçlı havayı basın, basıncı kontrol edin.
6.5-AIR CAP CHECK
The pump should not be run during this operation. The air chamber is not opened without releasing the ait. inside.
There :s approx.4kg/cm2of air pressure in pumps TAR30, TAR50, TAR60 and TAR80, 2kg/cm2of air pressure in pumps TAR25,
TAR55AB, TAR90AB and 5kg/cın 2 of air pressure in pumps TAR100,TAR125 and TAR150.Firstly, release all the air using the
valve. By removing the bolts check the air chamber, rubber, replace it if needed. Make the assembly by performing these steps in
reverse order, pump the pressurized air Inside and check the pressure.
