7- Do not exceed maximum operating pressure of the pump. ( TAR 25, TAR 55AB, TAR 80AB and TAR 90AB-
20 kg / cm2. TAR 30 ,TAR 50, TAR 60 and TAR 80 - 40 kg/cm2. TAR 100, TAR 125 and TAR 150 - 50 kg/cm2.)
8- Do not operate the pump without oil.
9- Use always original spare parts.
10- Do not use suction pipe without filler.
11- Execute all repair and service while pump is not operating. Do not remove safety system.
12- Air chamber contains pressurized air, even when the pomp is not operating. (TAR25, TAR 55AB,TAR 90AB and
TAR 90AB - 2 kg / cm2.MR 30,TAR 60 and TAR 50 - 4 kg / cm2. TAR 100, TAR 125 and TAR 150 - 5 kg / cm2. )
Release the pressure through the air valve before repair:
13- Do not use the pump for flammable and explosive fluids.
14- Do not start the pump under pressure.
15- Do not stop the pump while under pressure.
16- Before starting and stopping, use regulator release handle/latch.
17- Do never spray the pressurized liquid towards the electricity driven equipments or electric power transmission
Iines directly.
18- Do never spray the pressurized liquid towards the human beings and animals directly.
19- Do not remove the safety valve in the pump pressure line. Do not change the adjustment. This valve opens and let
the liquid flow into the tank, if the pump pressure is above the 20% of the maximum nominal pressure.
20-All the responsibilities of using non-original parts belong to the user.
21- Make sure that the universal joint shaft mounted to the pump shaft is correctly assembled. Do not remove the
covers of pumps and the universal joint shafts.
3-GARANTI ŞARTLARI
-TARAL Tarım Makina ve Aletleri Sanayi A.Ş. tarafından imal edilmiş olan bu makinanin garanti şartları, makina ile
birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiştir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında
Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayınlanmış yönetmelik ve tebliğlere göre hazırlanan Garanti Belgesi, Sanayi ve
Ticaret Bakanlığı İstanbul Sanayi ve Ticaret İl Müdürlüğünce verilmiştir.
1.Bu klavuzda belirtilen ilk çalıştırma işlemi yapılmadan kullanılması halinde makina garanti kapsamı dışında kalır.
2.1malatçı firmanın sorumluluğu,defo veya imalat hatalarına bağlı olsa bile, makinanın kullanımı esnasında kişilere ve
eşyalara verilen zararı kapsamaz.Buna bağlı olarak dolaylı ve doğrudan verilen zarar ve hasarı bedeli ödenmeyecektir.
3.Makina üzerinde damgalanmış seri numarası değiştirilmiş ise, herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmış ise, makina bir
kazaya uğramış ise, satın alan sözleşmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerine gerektiği gibi uymamış ise, montaj firmanın
yetkili elemanları tarafından yapılmamış ise, imalatçı firmanın onayı alınmadan değişiklik veya onarım yapılmış ise,
garanti geçerli değildir.
4.Tüketici herhangi bir anlaşmazlık durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliğlerde belirtildiği üzere, ilgili hakem
heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkına sahiptir.
5.Aletin kullanım ömrü (10) yıldır.
6.Makinanızla birlikte size TARAL YETKILI SERVIS KİTAPÇIĞI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek parça istekleriniz için
bu kitaptan yararlanabilirsiniz.
3-WARRANTY TERMS
The machine which is produced by TARAL and of which specifications are giyen in the warranty certificate has a
warranty period of 2 year beginning from the date of sale with the condition of using the machine according to the
instructions in the owner's manual and working in standard conditions.It is determined by the law about the consumer
rights with the date of 23.02.1995 and the number 4077.
1-In the case of usage without obeying the first operation rules the machine becomes out of the warranty scope.
2- The responsibility of the producer company does not include the damages to the human beings and other items
during operation, even if they depend on the flaw or production errors. Therefore in the case of a request of the price
of any direct on in direct damage and loss the price will not be paid.
3- If the serial number stamped on the machine is changed, or any modification is made, or the machine is involved in
an accident, or the buyer does not obey the responsibilities in the contract appropriately,or the assembly is not done
by the authorized personnel of the producer company,or any modification or maintenace is performed without the
permission of the producer company,the warranty is not valid.
4-The user has the right to appeal to the relevant judge committee and consumer courts in case of any dispute as
stated in the corresponding laws, regulations and notifications.
5- The operation life of the machine is 10 years.
6- An Authorized Service of TARAL booklet will be giyen to you with your machine. You can make orders for service
and spare parts using this booklet.
