6.2 MAMULÜN UZUN SÜ KULLANILMAMASVNON-USAGE OF THE PRODUCT FOR A LONG
PERIOD OF TIME
Toprak frezesi uzun süre (bir ay veya daha uzun) çalıştırılmaması halinde aşağıdaki önlemlerin alınması önemle
tavsiye edilir.
1. Alcümülatörü çıkarıp şarj ediniz, temizleyiniz.
2. Kablo bağlantı uçlarını vazelin ile kaplaymız.
3.Akümülatöril kaldırdığınız süre içinde kuru ve don tehlikesi olmayan bir yerde saklayıp periyodik olarak şarj
ettiriniz
4.Traktörü özenle yıkayıp temizleyiniz.
5.Traktörün gövdesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse paslanmayı önlemek için boyasını yenileyiniz
6.Bütün cıvataları kontrol ederek sıkınız.
7.Genel bir yağlama yapınız, (Bak. Bakım Periyodik Yağlama.)
8.Vites kutusundaki yağ seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Gerekirse yağ ilave ediniz.
9.Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzunda belirtildiği şekilde motoru koruyunuz.
10.Tek akslı traktörü iyi havalandırılmış ve kuru bir yerde park ediniz.
11.Mümlcünse tek akslı traktörü kaldırıp destekler üzerine oturtunuz. Bu durumda lastiklerdeki hava basıncı yarıya
indirılmelidirEğer tek akslı traktörün kaldırılarak desteğe alınması mümkün değilse lastiklere tavsiye edilen
basmçta hava basınız ve aracı zaman zaman hareket ettiriniz. Böylece lastiklerin yere basan yüzeyleri değişecektin
12.Toprak frezesini bir koruyucu örtü ile örtünüz. Su geçirmeyen örtü (plastik veya muşamba gibi) kullanmayınız.
Bunlar nemi tutarak paslanmaya sebep olurlar.
/t is recommended that the following measures are taken in the case that the motor-hoe is not used for a long period
of time.
1.Remove, charge and clean the battery.
2.Coat the cable connecting terminals with Vaseline.
3.Keep the battely a dry place where there is not the risk offrost, and charge it periodically.
4.Clean the motor-hoe by washing it thoroughly.
5.Check the body of the motor-hoe. If needed renew its paint to prevent corrosion.
6.Tighten all the bolts.
7.Make an overall lubrication.
8.Check the oil level in the gearbox. Add oil if needed.
9.Protect the engine as explained in the engine manual,
10.Park the motor-hoe in a place, which is well air-conditioned and clry,
11.If it is possible, lift the motor-hoe and put it on the supports. In this case the air pressure in the wheels should be
decreased by half of it. If it is not possible to lift it, increase the air pressure in the wheels to the recommended value
and move the machine occasionally. In way the surfaces, which make contact with the ground will be changed.
12.Cover the motor-hoe with a sheet. Do not use watertight sheet (plastic or nylon). This kind of sheet keeps the
moisture and that results in corrosion.
