6.1- PERİYODİK BAKIM/PERIODICAL MA INTENANCE
Bu bölümde belirtilen işlemler tavsiye edilen zaman aralıkları ile yapılmalıdın("Saat" denince gerçek çalışma saatleri
anlaşılmalıdır.)SAE EP 90 yağ kullanınız.Yağ miktarını yağ seviye gözünden kontrol ediniz.Yağ seviyesinden fazla yağ
koymayınız.
Motor: Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzuna bakınız.
Hava fıltresi: Motor tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzuna bakınız.
Her 50 saatte bir aşağıda belirtilen noktaları gresleyiniz.
1. Didonu kilitleyen. çözen pim: Yağlama yerindeki gresörlüğü gresleyiniz.
2. Didonun yükseklik ayar pimi: Yağlama yerindeki gresörlüğü gresleyiniz
3, Kuyruk millet-t: Kamalı kuyruk millerine biraz gres sürilnüz, Ekipmanları bağlamadan önce gerekli yerleri gresle
doldurunuz.
Vites kutusu:Doldurma tapasını çıkararak (1) yağ seviyesini kontrol ediniz. Yağ seviyesi doldurma tapasının üst kenarına
yakın olmalıdır.
Not: Yağ seviyesini motor durduktan en az 10 dakika sonra ve traktör yatay konumda iken kontrol ediniz.
Aşağıdaki ayarları kontrol ediniz.
1. Debriyaj ayarı.
2. Fren ayarı.
3. Didonu kilitleyen. çözen düzenin ayarı
4. Diferansiyel kilidi ayarı.
Her 600 saatte bir
Vites kutusu: Yağı değiştiriniz Vites kutusu altındaki boşaltma tapasını (2) ve boşalmayı kolaylaştırmak için doldurma
tapasını (1) çıkarınız ve yağın boşalması için 10 dakika bekleyiniz.
Uyarma -Yağın uzunca bir çalışma süresinden sonra henüz sıcakken boşatılması tavsiye edilir. Yağın sıcak olması kolay
akmasını ve içerideki tortu ve çözeltinin dışarı çıkmasını Sağlar.
The processes to be indicated in this section are to be performed in the recommended time inten'als. (When it is mentioned
"hour" it is to be understood as the real working hours.) Please use SAE EP90 oil. Check the oil amount from the oil level
indicator. Do not put more oil than the oil level.
Motor: Please see the motor introduction and the owner's manual.
Airfilter: Please see the motor introduction and the owner's manual.
Lubricate the below indicated points with grease once every 50 hours.
1. The pin locking and releasing the handle bar: Apply grease to the grease-cups at the lubricating place.
2. The height adjustmentpin ofthe handle bar: Apply grease to the grease-cups at the lubricatingplace.
3. Tail spindles: Apply some grease to the keyed tail spindles. Fill in the necessary places with grease before connecting the
equipments.
Gear box: Remove thefilling plug (1) and check the oil level. The oil level will be near to the upper side ofthefillingplug.
Note: Check the oil level at least after 10 mimıtes following stop of the motor and while the tractor is in the horizontal
position.
Please check the following adjustments.
1. Clutch adjustment.
2. Brake adjustment.
3. The adjustment of the mechanism locking and releasing the handle bar.
4. The differential locking adjustment.
Once every 600 hours;
The gear box: Change the oil. Remove the drain plug (2) under the gear box and also the filling plug (1) in order o make
discharging easy and wait for 10 minutes for the oil to be discharged.
Warning- The oil is recommended to be discharged while it is stili hotfollowinga Tong operating period. When the oil is stili
hot it ensures easy draining and that the deposit and the solution tü come out.
