The main function of the lever "A" shown in Figure-7 is stopping the engine when the handle is released. The
machine is stopped immediately after it is released from the hand of the operator for any reason. The safety lever
must be on the position ofrestart. Otherwise the engine does not start. If the lever "A" is up, the engine is in the stop
position, ifit is down the engine is in the startposition.The safety lever "A" and the clutch lever "B" should be locked
simultaneously (Figure-4).Use your machine according to the instructions given in the engine manual.The time
periodfor thefirst operation is S0 hours. Do not use the machine intensively during thefirst S0 hours ofoperation.

Debriyaj- Kuru konik kavrama, mekanik kumanda, tutamaklar üzerinde elle kumanda edilen debriyaj kolu.Vites
kutusu-20M' de, 1 ileri ve 1 geri vites. 21M `de 2 ileri ve 1 geri vites. İki vites kolu yardimiyta mekanik
kumanda.
Clutch- Dry conical clutch, mechanical control, hand driven clutch lever on the handles. Gearbox- 20M for 2
forward and1 reverse. 21Mfor 2forward and 1 reverse. Mechanical control by two gear levers.
ŞANZIMAN/GEARBOX
İlk 50 çalişma saatinden sonra(rodaj)Yaği değiştirin. Yağ değiştirme işlemi eski yağin kolaylikla boşaltilmasi
için motor sicakken yapilmalidir.
a. Yağ doldurma tapasini çikarin.
b. Vites kutusunun sağ alt tarafindaki boşaltma tapasini ve ayağin aşaği kismindaki boşaltma tapasini çikarin;
yağin boşalmasini bekleyin ve tapalari geri takin.
c. Aşağidaki özelliklere sahip olacak yeni yaği dökün (gereken miktar 2,5 litredir)
- Sicakliğin -6 ile +32°C arasinda olduğu ortamlarda SAE 90.
- Sicakliğin +32 ile +60°C arasinda olduğu ortamlarda SAE 140.
Yağ ikmali işlemini tamamen dolana kadar önce tapadan yapilmasi ve daha sonra işlemin doldurma tapasi
araciliğiyla bitirilmesi tavsiye edilir.
Her 20 çalişma saatinde bir yağ seviyesini kontrol edin, bunun için tapayi gevşetin ve tapa yatağinda yağ çikişi
olmasina dikkat edin.
NOT:Yağ seviyesinin kontrolü motor soğukken ve motorlu çapa düz bir zemin üzerindeyken yapilmalidir. Her
300 çalişma saatinde bir "Rodaj" bölümündeki açiklamalari izleyerek vites kutusunun yağini değiştirin.
After thefirst operation time of50 hours;
Add the oil. The procedure ofoil addition should be done when the engine is warm (after usage) so that the used
oil will leak easily.
a. Remove the oil tap
b. Remove the tap at the right side ofthe gearbox and that at the lower end; wait until the oil is drained andput
the taps back to theirpositions.
c. Use the oil with the specifications given below (Required volume is 2.S lt):
- ~AE 90 in the ambience with temperature values between 6 C and o +32 o C.
- o +60 o C.
The oil addition procedure should be performed through the oil tap until the gearbox is full and then it is
recommended tofinish the procedure using the adding tap.
Check the oil level every 20 hours of operation, release the tap and make sure that there is oil drainage at the
tap housing.
NOTE:The control of the oil level should be done when the engine is cold and the motor-hoe is on a plain ground.
Each 300 hours ofoperation change the oil ofthe gearbox.

We do not recommend the use of the trailer with the motor-hoes. In the case of its use the operator is responsible
and the machine is out of the framework of the warranty.
