Shake gently your pressure cooker a few times before opening the lid
of the pressure cooker.
If you leave in a hurry, you can ensure reducing the pressure by holding
your pressure cooker under running water and the opening of the lid
earlier.
Another way to open the lid faster is also to wait the pressure cooker
inside a larger container filled with cold water for 3-5 minutes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
You can wash in your dishwasher after using and emptying it. You can
also wash the lid with soapy water. Remove the main seal and wash it
carefully and dry it.
Do not rub with hard objects and scourers while washing.
You can use hot soapy water with normal dishwashing detergent,
sponge for the pressure cooker or soft dishwashing brush to clean your
pressure cooker. Avoid cleaning especially the exterior surfaces with
plotter materials. If heavy contamination is present, you can use the
rough side of a sponge for inside and bottom of the pressure cooker.
Coloration may occur inside or bottom of the pressure cooker after
using. This is because the sulfur etc. substances which contained in
foods released and it contacts with the meta surface, water used is
intensive lime and hard. Wipe your pressure cooker with a little vinegar
cloth.
Prevent the food remains drying and sticking to your pressure cooker.
DO not store these remains for a long time in your pressure cooker
due to such residues that can cause stains and superficial change on
stainless steel surfaces.
