3. SAFETY USAGE
3.1. Pressure cooker is a kind of family cooking ware and cannot be
used for other purposes. Children or people who do not know how
to use it are suggested not using it . When using it, please keep
watching on it. Children should be kept away from it.

3.2. Do not cook expandable food such as apple jam, algae and oatmeal
etc in order to prevent steam-releasing hole from being blocked.
3.3. Before and after using the cooker, keep pressure regulator, sealing
gasket, open switch (on-off button), lid and body of the cooker
clean and away from oil.
3.4. The cooker should be used on a steady oven when cooking with
electric oven, the diameter of its plate must not be bigger than
that of the cooker when cooking with gas oven, avoid fire rolling
on cooker's wall and the handles. Pressure cooker can be used
on electric, gas and electromagnetic oven, which has below 2 kw
3.5. If steam sprays out from the safety valve, turn off the power circuit
immediately. Before the next usage of the cooker the problem
must be detected and solved.
3.6. Special care should be taken when moving the cooker when its
under pressure. Carry it horizontally and put it down carefully. Do
not hit the cooker.
37. Do not open the lid when there is pressure inside the cooker. Make
sure not using the cooker before closing the lid completely.
3.8. It is not recommended to keep salt, soy sauce, alcali, sugar,
vinegar or steamed water etc inside the cooker for a long period of
time. Keep it clean and dry after using it.
