of the cooker. When cooking with gas oven, avoid fire rolling on
cooker’s wall. (Fig.)
VII. When using pressure cooker, safety valve window should not be
pointed to the user or to the direction where persons often walk.
VIII. When steam in cooker sprays out from safety valve, from open-
preventing valve or from the safety valve window where sealing
ring is squeezed out, cut off the fire immediately. Before the cooker
is used again, it must be checked and reasons must be eliminated.
IX. Special care should be taken when moving the cooker with pressure
inside. Carry it horizontally and put down carefully. It is not allowed
to carry and to place it by the ways of pushing, pulling, hitting and
putting down heavily.
X. Don’t open the lid when there is pressu-
re inside the cooker. Don’t cook if the lid is
not properly fitted.
XI. It is not recommended to keep salt, soy sa-
uce, alkali, sugar, vinegar, steamed water,
etc in cooker for a long time.Keep it clean
and dry after it is washed.
XII. Pressure cooker is not allowed to dry out the water or dried heating
and not suitable for frying and baking food. (Fig)
XIII. The rated volume of food to be put in the cooker:(Fig) Below 2/3 top
of water level Below 1/4 of cooker volume for expansive food like
rice, bean etc.
