2. POINTS FOR ATTENTION WHEN OPERATION
• Before use, please read the manual and understand it well.

I. Pressure cooker is a kind of family cooking ware and cannot be used
for other purpose. Juveniles or persons who don’t know how to use
it are suggested not using it. When
using it, please keep watching on it.
Children should be kept away from
it.
II. Under rated pressure, the boiling po-
int of the liquid inside the cooker is
below 120 C So when boiling, espe-
cially by reducing the pressure qu-
ickly, a big amount of steam and
soup juice may come out.
III. Do not cook the expendable food
such as apple juice, maize, rolled
oats etc in order to prevent the
steam-releasing hole from being
blocked.
IV. Keep clean the pressure-limiting
valve, safety valve, open-preventing
safety valve, sealing ring, stuck-
preventing cap, lid and cooker body.
Remove any oil and fat.
V. Sodium carbonate should not be put into the pressure cooker for
cooking purpose.
VI. The cooker should be used on a steady oven. When cooking with
electric oven, the diameter of its plate mustn’t be bigger than that 22
