PROBLEM NO STEAM FROM PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT VALVE EVEN THOUGH PRESSURE SECURITY SYSTEM STOPPED TO VAPOUR COOKER DOESN'T COOK PROPERLY COOKS LATE FOOD BURNT OR STUCK INSIDE THE POT COLOR STAINS OR BLACKENING INSIDE THE POT CAUSE - The pressure adjustment valve is blocked. - Insufficient heat. - Incorrect cooking times. - Excessive heat, insufficient water level, forgetting the cooker on fire. - Incorrect cooking times. - Cooker is exposed to heat wh'le empty. - Chalky or hard water is used. - Acidic food contact for too long. - Over heating of cooker. - Usage without water. SOLUTION - Turn off the heat Leave the cooker aside to cool off. When the cooker is cooled Off completely open the lid and check whether the pressure adjustment valve is blocked. - Clean the pressure adjustment valve and pressure security pin, - Check the flame level of the fire. - Check for suggested cooking times. • Check the location and condition of pressure adjustment valve. - Check if the liquid level in the pot sufficient. - Fi I up the pot with hot water and wait for a while. Then wash by hand or in the dishwasher. - Put a smal spoon of baking soda or a small glass of vinegar in the pot and boil it. - The same process could be done by using adding lemon juice or a vinegar mix.
