3. Cooking valve I steam release. Steam is ventilated from here. If there is too much steam coming out this is due to excess heat. Turn down your cooker. 4. Pressure adjustment valve A) By adjusting to level I or 2 you can choose your correct cooking B) Steam is ventilated at O level. Level O = No pressure 0.0 bar Level I bar (Green leaved vegetables, etc). Level 2 = 0,85 bar (For hard vegetables, chicken, meat, rice and potatoes. Maximum working pressure level for this cooker is 1.1 bar. 5. Pressure cooker opening and closing lever. Clockwise opens the clamps and counterclockwise locks them (Picture I). 6. Pressure cooker lid. It holds the complete mechanism inside. 7. Lid clamps. Parts which helps to fix the body and the pressure lid. 8. Side handles. They help to carry the pressure cooker. 9. Safety valve. If the pressure adjustment ventil is somehow blocked, this safety valve operates in order to ventilate the excess pressure. 10. Silicone Ring.
