1.Stainless steel cookware body. Food is placed in this section.
Produced from 304 quality 18/10 CrNi stainless steel. It has a heat storing
thermic base.
2.Pressure safety lock. It is a security system which lets the oxygen out
and stop the steam ventilation out when the boiling level is reached and
thus it prevents the lid from opening when under pressure. When the steam
is down to zero level, the lid can be re-opened.
