These are listed below: Pressure Safety System: It does not allow the opening of the lid lock while there is pressure inside the pressure cooker. Safety Valve: It ensures relieving of more pressure inside the pressure cooker, in case pressure relief system is blocked. Silicon Main Seal: It relieves the excess pressure accumulated inside the main seal of pressure cooker, in case all pressure relief system is blocked, eliminates dangerous that may occur due to high pressure. BEFORE FIRST USE Read the instruction manual carefully before using your HISAR NEPTUNE pressure cooker. - Wash your pressure cooker and its lid with hot water and proper dishwashing detergent thoroughly and dry them before first use. - Do not boil the main seal in detergent water and do not wash in the dishwasher. It will be enough to wash it with normal warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. - If white spots formed on the base of the pressure cooker after the first boiling, this is because water that you use has greater hardness and lime inside it. These spots can easily removes with a little vinegar or anti-lime. Please choose not to use scouring pads or harsh cleaners. This is also true for the outer surface of your pressure cooker. 27
