Because,CPU drives the proportional valve at a speed of 60% of maximum.This prevents the generation of bubles for a small car tank and makes your flow speed control easy in free deliveries. You can increase the speed of delivery to maximum level by pressing ‘High Flow’ key on the keypad, while delivery is going on and display is counting delivery.At this time the proportional valve will be opened to maximum. At any time of maximum speed delivery,if you close trigger of nozzle,delivery stops and a 1 sec timer counts.After one second in case of no-delivery,proportional valve turns to minimum speed working.Again pressing the trigger,you will see first 5 lt/min delivery for a definite volume of flow and increases to normal speed of 40-45 lt/min again. PROGRAMS Programs are used for entering or changing necessary parameters or reading some parameters. We investigate programs in three groups due to user authority. I.PROGRAMS THAT NO AUTHORITY NECESSARY TO USE These are for reading some data and parameters as shift totals or non resettable totals for amount or volume,recalling the information about recently made deliveries etc. II.PROGRAMS THAT NEEDS AUTHORITY TO USE There is a six digits of password,must be entered to achieve authority for using this programs. Programs for changing unit prices of products,resetting shift totals and changing the operation mode of dispenser from manual to automation mode or vise versa are in this group. III.SERVICE PROGRAMS The important settings for operational features of dispenser are entered by using this programs. Only service technicians must enter this program menu so,there is aspecial password of six digits to achieve authority. 44
