5.2-SYSTEM OF THE OPERATION (Figure.1)
The sucked liquid after being filtered by the external filter (1) with the check valve, mounted outside the tank comes
through the suction hose (2) into the pump (3). The highly pressurized liquid, comingfrom the pump reaches the regulator
(5) via the pump pressure hose (4). Some of the liquid tegulated in the regulatorflows through the suction hose (6) into the
tank and makes it possible for the chemicals in the tank to be mixed. Some of the fluid comingfrom the regulator comes
through the sprayer hoses (7), to the boom (8) and nozzles (9) or to the spraying guns, where they ate atomized with high
pressure and the spraying is done. The overflow coming to the regulator is drained with the backflow hose (10) into the
tank.There is an ejector (11) located on the tank in order to fill the tank with water from a reservoir ilke small river pool,
etc. A suction hose is connected to this ejector, the pressurized liquid giyen via the ejector pressure hose creates vacuum in
the ejector and suction is made in thisfashion.
5.2.1-EMİŞ FİLTRESİ (Şeki1.2)
Depo dolu iken çek valfli harici filtrenin temizlenmesi gerektiği zaman çek valfli harici filtre kolunu şekil 2 'de olduğu
gibi sola çevirip çekiniz. ( Bu durumda çek valf emiş deliğini kapatacak mayi akışı önlenecektir.)Çek valfli harici filtre
kapağını çevirip sökerek fıltreyi temizleyiniz.Temizleme işlemi bittikten sonra filtre ve
kapağını yerine takıp çek velfli harici filtre kolunu ileri itiniz sağa çevirip kilitli pozisyona
getiriniz.(Şeki1.2)
5.2.1. SUCTION FILTER (Figure.2)
If the externalfilter with the check valve is to be cleaned, when the tank is full, turn the lever
of the externalfilter with check valve to the left and pull (In this position checkvalve closes the Şekil 2-Figure 2
Suction hole and prevent theflow). Clean thefilter by turning and removing the cap of the externalfilter with check valve.
After finishing the cleaning assemble the filler and its cap on to the appropriate position, push the external filter with
checkvalveforward, turn right andfix to the lockedposition (Figure.2).

5.2.2.1-STANDARD REGULATOR (Figure.3) Şekil 3-Figure 3
Press down the aran (8), clamp it with wire (1) matchingdesited latch (7) on
regulator body and clamp it with lever (2). There (ne 4 pressure level latches on ıegulator body that allows you to adjust
the pressure among 5-40 bars. More precise adjustment use the nut (9) down or upwards and ıead the gauge. To adjust
your working pressure run the tractor at a speed getting 540 rpm from the PTO output shaft. Close all taps, run the
transmission shaft while regulating at "off" position and affer tt few .s'econd bring it to "on " position.Adjust desired
pressure by mading itfrom the gatige (3) and set it. Do not exceed 40 bars.
5.2.2.2-MİLENYUM TİP (Şeki1.4)
Regülatör aç-kapa kolunu (1) kapalı (aşağı) pozisyona getirin.Şaftı traktör kuyruk miline bağlayın ve 540d/dak'ya
ayarlayın. Bütün musluklar' (3,4,5,7)kapatın ve şaftı çalıştırın. Birkaç saniye sonra aç-kapa kolunu (1) yukarı
kaldırarak"Açık" pozisyonuna getirin.Manometreye (2) bakarak, basınç ayar vidasını (6) döndürerek, çalışma
basıncınızı ayarlayın.Çalışmalannızda 40 bari asmayın.
5.2.2.2-MİLLENNIUM REGULATOR (Figure.4)
Pull down the on/offlever (1) on the regulator: To adjust your working pressure run the tractor
at aspeed getting 540 rpmfrom the PTO output shaft.C1ose alt taps (3,4,5,7), run the
Transmission shafand bring regulator on/offlever (1) to "ON" position after alemi seconds.
Adjust desired pressure by using the adjustment knob (6) while reading itfrom the gauge (2)
and set it.Do not exceed 40 bars.
