IMMUNITY TO ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION
El servicio técnico encargado de los ensayos de homologación ha comprobado que el vehículo esta
equipado únicamente con dispositivos eléctricos o electrónicos cuyos posibles fallos no pueden alterar
las funciones de seguridad inherentes al frenado, a la señalización luminosa y acústica ni al control
directo del vehículo, y por eso, de acuerdo con la documentación facilitada por el fabricante del
vehículo, dispensa al vehículo del ensayo de inmunidad mencionado en el punto 5.4 del capitulo 8 de
la Directiva 97/24/CE, según establece el punto 4.2 de la Directiva anteriormente mencionada. / The
testing body responsible for the component type-approval tests has checked that the vehicle is fitted
with electrical or electronic devices that, in the event of the failures of such devices, the safety
functions as performed by the braking, light-signalling, audible warning and steering systems are in
no way impaired, and for that, according to the technical information provided by the vehicle's
manufacturer, exempts the vehicle from being submitted to the immunity test referred to in point 5.4 of
Directive 97/24/EC – Chap. 8, as established at point 4.2 of the Directive before mentioned.
