- Insert into the lid in the correct position by controlling the main seal
absolutely before closing the pot lid. (See. Figure 6) Also control the
pot rims, f they are clean that the pressure valves and safety system
are clean and running.
- Do not use the damaged, torn or dirty seals and replace them with the
new one (recommended by your company). Take the seal recommended
by your manufacturer while replacing it. Never use different seal.
- Do not use your pressure cooker for frying as the lid closed.
- Check that valve ensuring steam discharging and moving parts are
clean and running.
- Do not touch the hot surface while using. Just move the handles.
- Never use your pressure cooker without water. It should include at
least (200 ml) 1 cup of water or liquid. Otherwise, you may damage
your pressure cooker.
- Prevent the evaporation of liquid completely inside the pot by
reducing the heat of your stove when your pressure cooker reaches
normal cooking pressure.
- Do not change safety system of your pressure cooker.
- Do not attempt to open your pressure cooker before getting cold
completely and the pressure inside it before relieved. Your pressure
cooker equipped with safety system will not allow this. Do not try to
open it by forcing. Otherwise, pressure inside the pressure cooker may
be dangerous.
Do not attempt to drill after you cook the skinned foods such as
sausage, liver, and chicken inside your pressure cooker. Hot steam can
cause scalding.
