3- Steam Output Valve: When your pressure cooker reaches the
preset cooking pressure, it is a part that the increasing pressure is
relieved. Reduce the heat of your stove, if dense vapor is out of steam
output valve. Thus, it cannot be unnecessary loss of fluid and energy.
4- Stage Pressure Regulating Valve: It is pressure control element
which helps setting and fixing the pressure that may occur inside the
pot. (See. Figure 1- Figure 3)
Stage Pressure Regulating Valve;
A) Obtain the correct cooking pressure by adjusting the cooking
pressure to Ith and 2nd stages.
B) It is intended to relieve the pressure on O position.
Stage O = no pressure
Stage 1
0.65 bar (Green leafy vegetables, etc.)
Stage 2 = 0.85 bar (Dry beans, potatoes and meats, etc.)
Allowable maximum pressure vale for this pressure cooker is set as
2,5 bar.
