6. HOW TO USE THE PRESSURE COOKER
6.1. Opening and closing the lid
To open the lid, turn the switch to open position (Fig 14) and to close
the lid, turn the switch to close position (Fig 13).

6.2. Adjusting pressure operating
Close the lid if it is necessary, please look at part 9.
6.3. Heating
Heating up in order to raise the temperature quickly, heat with strong
fire till the open preventing' valve begins to work. Special attention
must be paid not to make the fire too strong. After a while of heating
it is normal that the safety open preventing valve release some steam.
There should not be any steam after increasing open preventing valve
and the cooker must operate normally. If the steam will come out
constantly, the fire must be lowered and countdown must be initiated
by the user. (according to the part 9)
Note: Cooking time is calculated from the moment when the pressure-
limiting valve start to work until the fire cut off.
Stand by and keep watching on the cooker to avoid unusual
circumstances
• Do not touch the cooker's metal surface with your hands or body. Do
cooking carefully and use handle to avoid being scald
