13.7. The pressure cooker never be opened by applying force on it.
The pressure cooker should be opened after the interior pressure
has been reduced and the instruction manual should be revised.
13.8. It IS not allowed to use the pressure cooker without water in it. It
may cause a serious damage to the product.
13.9. The pressure cooker should not be filled above 2/3 capacity
Of the cooker. Expansive food such as rice and dry vegetables
should not be filled above 1/4 capacity of the cooker.
13.10. The heating sources should be suitable to the instruction manual
of the pressure cooker
13.11. The skin, which is over the meat (for example a cattle tong) can
be swelled, should not be drilled while it is swollen.
13.12. While the pastry is being cooked, the cooker should be swinged
smoothly.
13.13. Before every usage, the valves should be controlled for the
plugging. For the frying of all kind of foodstuffs, the pressure
cooker should not be used in pressure mode.
1314. The safety systems should only be handled according to
maintenance instructions in the pressure cooker
1315. The same body and lid that are determined of the same producers
should be used.
