8. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Clean the pressure cooker, add water and heat the cooker for half an
hour before use it since it can cause bad odor.
General maintenance of the cooker
Clean the dirt
After, clean it with water and dry it
To prevent abrasion do not scratch the surface of the cooker with any
metal material.
To prevent an electrochemical abrasion do not touch the cooker with
any metal material
Do not keep food in the cooker for a long period of time
Maintenance Of The Leakproof Sealing Ring (fig 17)
Remove the leakproof sealing ring from the cap. Clean the dirt on the
sealing ring and cap with hot water and chemical preparat.
Wipe out the water on the sealing ring and keep it dry.
Place the sealing ring in the lid properly.
