6.4 Cutting Off flre, releaslng the pressure and open
the lld:
Two methods of opening the lid:
A. Natural cold
When heating time is over, cut off
the fire and let the pressure inside
the cooker reduce. Turn the switch
to open position and open the lid by
lifting the handle on the lid
(Fig 15).
B. Rapid cold
Sometimes the cooker must get
cold rapidly. Place the cooker on
somewhere steady and clean the
cooker with cold water until safety
valve fall off. (Fig 16, lid opens up as
indicated above)
Attention: Do not put the lid into waterlogged container
• Do not open the lid if the indicator would not fall off!
• Do not open the lid until safety valve falls off!
