(2) When pressure indicator is down in the normal position, shake the cooker gently
and take away the pressure regulator at this stage to release the remaining steam, then
the pressure cooker lid can be opened.

Turn the lid handle anticlockwise. See Figure 16.
Match T" on the lid and "A" on the body handle correctly, lift the lid handle to open.
