Movie Settings
By holding down the Avffil button and tuming the n dial, you can
set the exposure compensation.
In the movie shooting mode and Creative Zone modes, the setting will be
the same for the Picture Style, white balance, image-recording quality,
and exposure compensation (except M).
Shooting Stili Photos
You can take a stili photo at anytime by
„"(1~1/ pressing the shutter button completely,
even during movie shooting.

Taking Stili Photos During Movie Shooting
• The stili photo will record the entire screen including the semi-
transparent mask.
• If you take a stili photo during movie shooting, the movie will have a
stili segment for about 1 sec.
• The captured stili photo will be recorded to the card, and the movie
shooting will resume automatically when the Live View image is
displayed.
The card will record the movie and stili photo as separate files.
Functions particular to stili shooting are shown below. Other
functions will be the same as for movie shooting.
