The climatic class can be found cn the
rating plate and indicates the ambien
tempera-.ures at which the appliance can
be operated.

The appliance is fully functional within
the room temperature limits of the
indicated climate class. If an appliance
of climatic class SN is operated at
colder room temperatures, the
appliance will not be damaged up to a
temperature of +5 QC.
Ventilation

The air on the rear panel of the appliance
heats up. The warm air must be able to
escepe. Otherwise, toe refrigerator must
work harder. This wili increase the power
consumption.
Therefore: Never cover 0" block ventilation
openings!

Connecting the
appliance
After installing the appliance, wait at least
72 hour before switching on the aopliance.
During transportation the Oil in the
compressor may have flowec into the
refrigeration system.
Before switching on the appliance for the
first time, clean the irterior (see Cleaning).
The socket shoud be freely accessible.
Connect the appliance tc 220 240 V/
50 1-z alternating current via a correctly
installed eartned socket The socket
mus be fused with a 10-16 A fuse.
If the appliance is to be operated in
a non-European country, check on
the rating plate whether the indicated
voltage and current type correspond
to the values of your mains supply.
The rating plate is situated in the
bottom left-hand side of the appliance.
The power cord may be replaced by
an electrician only.
